Per 14 September 2026, E-magy has appointed Kaj van Alem as CEO. He is taking over from Casper Peeters, who has led the company as CEO from its spin-out in 2020 to this moment. The company is the inventor and producer of ENS30, a high-capacity silicon anode material for All Solid-State Batteries and liquid-electrolyte Lithium-Ion Batteries.

“We are very happy that Kaj is taking over,” says Jos Burger, Chairman of the Supervisory Board. “He brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles in general and commercial management at AkzoNobel. He has lived and worked in The Netherlands, China and the US and is looking to expand the position of E-magy in the international battery supply chain.”
